After graduating from the French Culinary Institute, I honed my skills at Jean Gorge's The Spice Market and Michelin Star awarded Dovetail.
For over a decade I have been working as a personal chef, serving families and high profile individuals.
I am passionate about food that delights the senses and nourishes the body.
The ingredients I use are based on the season and I strive to source local produce.
I will make your life easier and your meals more memorable.

My philosophy is that food should evoke feelings of joy, satisfaction and nostalgia. My mission is to make food that is not just memorable on its own, but becomes the catalyst for creating memories of family, friendships and love.
